⚠️ Three critical rules for copper coil work in Egypt

  1. Always nitrogen-purge during brazing — flow dry nitrogen through the tube while brazing to prevent copper oxide scale. Oxide scale circulates through the refrigerant circuit and destroys the compressor within weeks of commissioning.
  2. Use STD or REG grade for all R410A coil work — ECO grade is not rated for R410A high-pressure applications. Using ECO copper tube in an R410A condenser or evaporator coil creates a leak risk at all bends and joints under working pressure.
